Mission: Engaging Culture to Change Lives
Church Planter Commissioning Service

In 2008, 108 church planters started a new church plant in North Carolina. These church planters represent 15 different people groups and ethnicities. This service is a time to officially commission them as BSCNC church planters.

On Monday evening, come hear testimonies from church planters serving all across the state and learn how you can be involved in church planting. During the annual meeting church planters and consultants will be in the exhibit hall at the church planting booth to share more about how they are working to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

"There are 4.5 million lost people, a conservative estimate, in North Carolina," said Chuck Register, Executive Leader for the Church Planting and Missions Development Group. "We need thousands of new churches to be able to reach them with the Gospel. We're praying in this unique, first time event for the annual session, that God will speak to both potential planters and partnering churches to step forward for the task of church planting.”
