Microphone Recognition System
During any business session, if you wish to speak, please go to one of the four microphones. Only registered messengers may speak during these sessions. Two attendants will be at each microphone, one who will greet messengers and the other will enter the information into the computer system. If you have a question about how to present a motion or amendment, please stop by the Program, Place and Preacher Committee table, located near the stage and they will refer you to a Parliamentarian for assistance.
Prayer Room
Don�t miss the model Prayer Room in the Exhibit Hall. Throughout the Convention, people will be praying in the Prayer Room. If you have a request you would like for them to pray for, please complete the form in the back of your program book and either give it to an usher or drop it by the Prayer Room. While you are there, spend some time in prayer.
Photography
Our annual meeting is a news event, covered by Baptist and secular press and Convention staff and photographers. This is a public meeting and you are giving implied consent to have your image recorded and posted by being here. Your image may appear in any number of publications and Web sites-both electronic and print-to illustrate the meeting.

Please turn off the ringer on your cell phone, Blackberry and/or pager.
Lost and Found
Find your misplaced items in the information booth in the Exhibit Hall.
